1. Keep lawns mowed
2. Trim shrubs
3. Weed walkway edges & flower beds
4. Repair shutters & touch-up any exterior paint
5. Clean gutters of debris
6. Repaint front door if faded or marred

1. REMOVE CLUTTER!
2. Eliminate all bulky, unnecessary furniture
3. Clean & arrange closets - they are first to be inspected!
4. Clear counters of extra appliances - counters appear BIGGER & BRIGHTER
5. Don't allow smoking inside
6. Clean light fixtures, garbages, washer/dryer, refrigerator, etc.
7. Freshen bathrooms
8. Shampoo carpets, especially if home has pets
9. CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN

1. Turn all lights on for showings, including in closets
2. Be sure blinds & drapes are OPEN
3. Add pleasant scents with candles, certain foods or fresh flowers
4. Keep home temperature comfortable
5. Set your home apart from others - a tub of geraniums goes a long way!
