Dear Natalia, I have not words to express how grateful I am for your generosity towards me. I hope that you know that if you need anything and I am able to do it, all you have to do is say it. People like you are very rare breed, I think extinct. Once again, thank you. Socorro K.
I am writing to thank you for your work on the sale of my mother's home. During this difficult time, your fast and professional sale of our home made the medical situation my mother has been facing much easier. In fact in this month of November, shortly after her hospitalization, she is recovering quickly. The fact that you sold our home quickly, to a suitable buyer, and at the right price did contribute to her speedy recovery.
I am also writing to offer myself and this letter as a reference for your work. I assume it is not common to get letters like this from a client represented by another real estate agent, so I hope whoever reads this knows it is sincere.
Honestly, I believe I made an error in judgment when I did not hire you to list our property. I apologize for this. You clearly are a woman committed to her word, to her clients and to the business of real estate. Despite what some people may say or think about real estate agents, I believe your quality of work truly makes a difference in people's lives. It clearly did in the case of my family. Unfortunately, it is agents like the one I eventually hired who create the negative stereotypes.
Were it not for you and your hard work day in and day out, it is clear to me that our home would not have sold so quickly and at such a high price. I also appreciated your diplomacy and respect during the short negotiation process.
I am grateful that you represented the buyer in this sale and if ever our paths cross again, I will consider you a friend in the business.
