"Thank you for everything!!!!!🌹❤️ ...for all that you have done.It was a pure pleasure working with you. I wish you the very best."
I highly recommend Preferred Country Properties to anyone who is looking to buy or sell property. Natalia and her staff are professional, sincere, friendly and very energetic! The will get the job done.
Dear Natalia, I have not words to express how grateful I am for your generosity towards me. I hope that you know that if you need anything and I am able to do it, all you have to do is say it. People like you are very rare breed, I think extinct. Once again, thank you.
I am writing to thank you for your work on the sale of my mother's home. During this difficult time, your fast and professional sale of our home made the medical situation my mother has been facing much easier. In fact in this month of November, shortly after her hospitalization, she is recovering quickly. The fact that you sold our home quickly, to a suitable buyer, and at the right price did contribute to her speedy recovery.
I am also writing to offer myself and this letter as a reference for your work. I assume it is not common to get letters like this from a client represented by another real estate agent, so I hope whoever reads this knows it is sincere.
Honestly, I believe I made an error in judgment when I did not hire you to list our property. I apologize for this. You clearly are a woman committed to her word, to her clients and to the business of real estate. Despite what some people may say or think about real estate agents, I believe your quality of work truly makes a difference in people's lives. It clearly did in the case of my family. Unfortunately, it is agents like the one I eventually hired who create the negative stereotypes.
Were it not for you and your hard work day in and day out, it is clear to me that our home would not have sold so quickly and at such a high price. I also appreciated your diplomacy and respect during the short negotiation process.
I am grateful that you represented the buyer in this sale and if ever our paths cross again, I will consider you a friend in the business.
Natalia is a terrific realtor! She knows Columbia County like the back of her hand and was very candid with us when it came to the pros and cons of each house. She guided us through the whole discernment process of buying a second home and even though I searched the internet a lot, she is the one who found the home we eventually purchased because she knew what we wanted. Another plus, she is a fierce negotiator, even though she is very friendly and laid back with her clients. I would recommend her to everyone.

Everything went very smoothly and the house was able to be sold in just two weeks time. We felt it was a team effort, great to be able to work so well with Natalia.

Natalia helped me find my beautiful first home. She is positive and wonderful to work with. The process was smooth and, as it was my first home, she helped me understand all the steps. Her knowledge and energy are great.
